1. What kind of products does your store offer?

Atelier Geluck offers a variety of unique and handcrafted products that are made with care and attention to detail. Each ceramic piece is one-of-a-kind and created by hand.

2. How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse through our collection and click on the product you wish to purchase. Select the desired options and click "Add to Cart". Once you have added all the items you want, proceed to the checkout page to complete your order.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

All payment options are listed at the bottom of the website.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. This is a one person shop, so the owner does everything from start to finish, which means things might take a bit longer than when you order from an enormous franchise. Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipping time depends on where the item will be sent to. 

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we are shipping only within the EU. However, please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your package.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it will be difficult to make any changes.

8. Are your products safe for use?

Yes, all ceramic objects are made with high-quality materials and are safe for use. However, please read the product descriptions and care instructions carefully to ensure proper usage and maintenance.

9. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

No, Atelier Geluck doesn't offer wholesale and bulk discounts. Each product is made by hand, so it takes the same amount of time to make each product. If you are interested in commissioning a large quantity of products, please reach out for more information.

10. How can I contact your customer service?

Because this is a one-person ceramic studio, there is no customer service team. But you can reach out by filling out the contact form on the website and I'll do my best to get back to you as soon as I can.
